From across the room,
Our eyes had met first.
You walked over to me,
And I thought my heart would burst.
You asked for my name,
But all I could hear was my heart pound.
Meeting you that day,
Turned my whole life around.
I watched from afar,
It was all I could do.
Little did I know,
You were watching me too.
Three years later,
You showed your feelings for me.
